Kaustav Mitra

Kaustav Mitra is the Co-founder at Paradime Labs. Prior to this, they were the Head of Product Analytics at Revolut from February 2020 to November 2020. Kaustav was also the Head of Insights and Co-head of Growth at Octopus from February 2019 to January 2020. Earlier, they worked as a Senior Associate at Goldman Sachs from September 2015 to May 2017. Kaustav has also interned as a Business Development Intern at Property_Partner from March 2015 to May 2015, and as a Seedcamp Associate Intern at Seedcamp from January 2015 to June 2015.

Kaustav Mitra has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from London Business School, where they specialized in finance, private equity, and strategy. Kaustav also has an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) in aerospace engineering, and a B.E. from Jadavpur University in civil engineering. Kaustav also has various certifications from Reforge, Coursera, and GE in areas such as growth series, digital sound design, computational investing, gamification, and Six Sigma Green Belt.
