Whitney Howerton

Whitney Howerton, MDH, RDH, currently serves as the Director of Dental Clinical Training at Walmart Health since April 2024, following a tenure as Senior Manager II of Clinical Training at Walmart. In addition, Whitney has been an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center since September 2016, providing education in various dental hygiene courses. With extensive experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist since 2010, professional expertise includes roles at Graves Family Dentistry and clinical education management at Young Innovations, Inc. Whitney holds a Master of Dental Hygiene from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center and a BS in Dental Hygiene, with prior education in Psychology from The University of Memphis.
