Lowell Parkes

Lowell Parkes has over 35 years of work experience, starting in 1980 as an Admissions Counselor at Eastern Nazarene College. In 1984, Parkes joined Martin Limestone, Inc. as the Director of Human Resources, where they established and managed all aspects of the HR function, including policies, procedures, and recruitment. This role lasted until October 2014. Since 2015, Parkes has been the Director of Human Resources at Paradise Energy Solutions, LLC.
