Cassidy Thomas

Cassidy Thomas is an experienced bartender with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at Los Willows Estate since April 2021, Cassidy previously held the position of Lead Bartender at Grain & Grit Collective, where management responsibilities included overseeing multiple bars and restaurants. Additional bartending roles include work at Town and Country San Diego, Pechanga Resort Casino, and Daily Grill, showcasing a strong ability to create innovative cocktails and maintain service standards. Prior to bartending, Cassidy gained valuable experience in retail management and administrative roles, with responsibilities ranging from human resources to data entry. Education includes certifications from Pro Bartenders School and Pacific Bartending School, in addition to ongoing personal fitness training studies.
