Lynne Martucci

Lynne Martucci is currently the Director of Operations at Los Willows. Lynne has previous experience as a bar manager and a restaurant manager.

Lynne began their career in 2000 as a restaurant manager at Pala Meas Resort. In this role, they were responsible for hiring and training staff, creating menus, and overseeing all aspects of the restaurant. Lynne was also responsible for beverage ordering and inventory, and ensuring that the guest experience was positive.

In 2013, Lynne became the bar manager at Ponte Family Estate Winery. In this role, they were responsible for scheduling and forecasting each week, creating cocktails appropriate for the bar, training staff to be consistent with making all drinks, ordering and inventorying all beverages, and hiring and training staff. Lynne also worked to create a wonderful guest experience and to increase profits for the company.

Lynne has extensive experience in managing restaurants and bars. Lynne is passionate about creating a positive guest experience and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.

Lynne Martucci reports to Cathie Ransom, Founder & Owner. They work with and Liza Isaacson - Director Of Sales.
