Maribel Beltran has an extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Maribel started their career at Paradise Point Resort & Spa in 2004 as a Catering & Conference Service Coordinator. Maribel then progressed to become a Catering Manager and later a Conference Service Manager at the same company. In 2008, they worked as a Catering Sales Manager at Westin Hotels and then as a Catering Manager at La Costa Resort and Spa. Maribel joined Hilton San Diego Resort and Spa in 2010 as a Conference Service Manager and later became the Director of Catering & Conference Services at Kona Kai Resort and Spa. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Area Manager at LandCorp Management. Maribel then returned to the hospitality industry as a Senior Catering Sales Manager at Loews Hotels from 2015 to 2016. Maribel joined Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa again in 2016, this time as a Senior Catering Sales Manager and later became the Director of Catering. Maribel'smost recent role was as the Assistant Director of Event Sales at Paradise Point Resort & Spa in 2019, and they are currently holding the position of Director of Events at the same company.
Maribel Beltran's education history begins in 1997 when they attended Grossmont College. Maribel studied general subjects during their time there until 1999. Following this, they enrolled at Universidad Autónoma de Baja California in 2000. Maribel completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at this institution in 2004.
