Alex Flitsch

Alex Flitsch has a diverse work experience in the music industry. They started their career in 2005 at Connaisseur Recordings, where they worked as the Owner, label manager, and A&R until 2012. They then joined Le Bonheur Open-Air by Peak Management as the Head of Booking & Artist Relations from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2022, Alex worked as a freelancer, offering diverse services for the music industry. In 2012, they became the CEO, Label Manager, and A&R at Connaisseur Music-KG. They also worked as a Curator at Edition Connaisseur - Music Publishing from 2007 onwards. Currently, Alex is the Head of Artist & Label Management at Paradise Worldwide, starting from 2023.

Alex Flitsch completed an education program from 1999 to 2003 at the imk - Institut für Marketing und Kommunikation. During this time, Alex obtained a degree known as "Staatlich geprüfter Kommunikationswirt (IHK)" in the field of study of Marketing-Kommunikation.
