Dhananjay Kadam

Dhananjay Kadam began their work experience in 2017 at Tech Mahindra, where they served as a Customer Service Representative until March 2018. Dhananjay then joined Tranquillity Air Conditioning & Refrigeration in November 2019 as an Associate Project Manager before transitioning to Paradiso Solutions Leading eLearning Company in April 2020. At Paradiso Solutions, they held various roles including Junior Project Manager from April 2020 to March 2021, Operations Manager from March 2021 to January 2022, and currently serves as an IT Project Manager from July 2020.

Dhananjay Kadam began their education at Government Polytechnic, Arvi (Wardha) from 2011 to 2014, where they obtained their High School Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Dhananjay then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sanjivani Group of Institutes, graduating in 2019. Currently, Dhananjay is enrolled in SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Operational Management in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Dhananjay has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they earned the certification for "Designer Of Engineering Systems - HVAC" from Dhanush Enggservices India Private Limited. Dhananjay also holds certifications in "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from NASBA Center for the Public Trust and Project Management Institute Houston, both obtained in December 2020. Furthermore, Dhananjay has a certification in "Foundations of Project Management" from Google, which they received in January 2023.
