Ashlynd Sessions

Ashlynd Sessions has a diverse work experience, starting with their role at Paradox as a Franchise Account Executive, where they are involved in building a conversational AI assistant and automating tasks for talent teams. Ashlynd also worked as a Talent Experience Specialist at Paradox, where they focused on enhancing the overall employee experience.

Before joining Paradox, Ashlynd worked as a Marketing Intern at Vestar, where they gained experience in marketing practices. Additionally, they worked at Arizona State University as a Financial Accounting Supplemental Instructor and Mentor, facilitating learning for students and providing feedback to other instructional leaders.

Prior to their university role, Ashlynd worked as a Marketing Intern at Barrett, The Honors College, where they contributed to ensuring the accessibility and placement of self-published books and conducted research on children's book publishing.

Ashlynd Sessions attended the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University from 2015 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. During their time at Arizona State University, they also pursued a Minor in Studio Art at the Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts. In 2017, they participated in a Summer Study Abroad program at Richmond, The American International University in London, focusing on English Literature (British and Commonwealth).

In 2020, Ashlynd Sessions attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for a brief period, completing a program called "Mastering Sales - A Toolkit for Success."

Ashlynd Sessions also obtained several certifications, including Leadership Breakthrough 1 from Rapport Leadership International in January 2020, Hootsuite Platform Certification from Hootsuite in November 2018, Hubspot Inbound Marketing from Hubspot Academy in April 2019, Google Ads Search from Google Ads in February 2019, and Google Ads Fundamentals from Google Ads in January 2019.
