Benjamin started their career in 2005 as a Project Manager/Advertising Executive at E Image Agency, where they developed marketing plans and worked as a media buyer. Benjamin then co-founded Namastic.com LLC in 2004 and served as the Vice President of Operations, managing successful seed funding rounds and overseeing online and live events. In 2007, they joined the University of Phoenix as an Operations Leader, responsible for advising doctoral students globally and driving employee engagement and success. Benjamin later founded Life of Substance LLC in 2013, an online apparel and awareness brand focused on creating meaningful movements around non-profit causes. At Recruiting.com, Benjamin worked as the Director of Cloud Recruiting Solutions in 2015, assisting companies in competing for talent. Finally, since 2016, they have been with Paradox, initially serving as the Head of Client Success, then as the Vice President and currently as the SVP of Client Engagement, where they are responsible for improving the candidate experience and developing AI recruiting tools.
