Benjamin Bromberg has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Benjamin started their career in 2005 as a Project Manager/Advertising Executive at E Image Agency, where they developed marketing plans and worked as a media buyer. Benjamin then co-founded Namastic.com LLC in 2004 and served as the Vice President of Operations, managing successful seed funding rounds and overseeing online and live events. In 2007, they joined the University of Phoenix as an Operations Leader, responsible for advising doctoral students globally and driving employee engagement and success. Benjamin later founded Life of Substance LLC in 2013, an online apparel and awareness brand focused on creating meaningful movements around non-profit causes. At Recruiting.com, Benjamin worked as the Director of Cloud Recruiting Solutions in 2015, assisting companies in competing for talent. Finally, since 2016, they have been with Paradox, initially serving as the Head of Client Success, then as the Vice President and currently as the SVP of Client Engagement, where they are responsible for improving the candidate experience and developing AI recruiting tools.

Benjamin Bromberg has a diverse education history reflecting their commitment to professional development. In 2012, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, specializing in Marketing, which they completed in 2014. Following this, Benjamin enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, where they undertook a course titled "Delivering Business Growth" from 2015 to 2016.

In 2016, Benjamin continued their executive education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, obtaining a certificate in "High Impact Sales Strategies for Executives" and a certificate in "Negotiation Strategies for Managers." Simultaneously, they also attended two programs at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business: "Pricing Strategies for Executives - Executive Education" and "Digital Marketing for Executives."

In pursuit of further academic achievements, Benjamin enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) program in Performance Psychology at Grand Canyon University, which they are expected to complete in 2020. Additionally, they obtained certifications in various leadership and communication techniques. Furthermore, Benjamin pursued additional professional development at prestigious institutions. In 2018, they studied at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on "Building Game-Changing Organizations: Aligning Purpose, Performance, and People." Benjamin also participated in the "Aligning Strategy and Sales" program offered by Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2018.
