Data Analyst - Statistics at Paradox

Daniel Korach has a diverse range of work experience. Daniel began their career as a Seat Vendor at Delaware North, where they sold products and communicated with fans, superiors, and coworkers. Daniel then interned at Vivaldi Capital Management, where they collaborated with various departments to construct investment directives for high net worth clients. At Victors Value Investments, they served as a Utilities Sector Pitch Head, contributing to the club's capital growth.

Daniel also gained experience in the field of industrial engineering as an intern at Hydra-Stop LLC. Here, they implemented Microsoft Access Databases and digitalized resource-intensive processes, providing recommendations to upper management.

Daniel'spassion for baseball led him to the Michigan Society for American Baseball Research, where they held multiple roles. As President, they oversaw club organization and member involvement initiatives. As a Researcher, they used R to analyze large datasets and draw statistical conclusions about baseball trends. And as the Financial Officer, they managed club dues and communicated with funding organizations.

Daniel furthered their analytical skills at the University of Michigan Athletics, where they worked as an Analytics and Player Development Student Manager. Daniel collected and analyzed player data using various tools and software, and made real-time adjustments based on metrics and video analysis.

Most recently, Daniel worked at Radio Flyer as a Quality Engineering Data Associate and Intern. Daniel tested children's toys for adherence to standards, optimized data-driven initiatives, and conducted extensive tracking using Microsoft Excel.

Currently, Daniel is employed as a Data Analyst at Paradox, specializing in statistics.

Daniel Korach completed their Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with a focus on Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. Daniel attended the university from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from the Latin School of Chicago, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Daniel has also obtained several certifications outside of their academic pursuits. Daniel received the Product-Led Certification from Pendo.io in January 2023. Daniel also obtained the Introduction to Data Engineering certification from DataCamp in November 2022, and the Data Manipulation in SQL certification from DataCamp in August 2022. Daniel also holds certifications in Baseball Pitching and Baseball Hitting from Rapsodo, Inc., which they obtained in March 2021 and February 2021, respectively.
