David Harden

David Harden has extensive work experience in various leadership and client-facing roles. David is currently the Senior Vice President of Client Success at Paradox, a position they have held since June 2019.

Prior to their current role, David was the CEO of Recruiting.com, starting in August 2018. During their time there, they also served as the Vice President of Operations and Client Success from August 2015 to August 2018, the Director of Client Success from July 2014 to August 2015, and the Director of the Health Care Solutions Group from July 2010 to July 2014.

Before their tenure at Recruiting.com, David worked at Jobing.com as an Industry Director from July 2005 to July 2010. David began their career at Target Media as a Marketing and Advertising Consultant from May 2004 to June 2005.

David also completed a program on Kellogg on Branding at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
