Matt Kauppi

Matt Kauppi started their professional career as a Sales Team Leader at The AroundCampus Group in May 2014. Matt then worked as a Mock Interviewer at the Central Michigan University College of Business Administration from September 2014 to December 2014. In September 2010, they joined the Central Michigan University Alumni Association as a Supervisor at the Central Michigan University Annual Giving, a role they held until June 2015. From July 2015 to July 2018, they worked as a Technical Recruiter at TEKsystems. Matt then took on the role of MSP Lead Recruiter from July 2018 to September 2019 and later became an Account Manager-Infrastructure Optimization from September 2019 to August 2020, both at TEKsystems. Currently, they are working as a Client Success Manager at Paradox since August 2020.

Matt Kauppi attended Central Michigan University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Marketing: Professional Sales. In addition to their degree, they have earned professional certifications in Level 1 Customer Success Foundations from Growth Molecules™ in October 2022 and in Project Leadership from Cornell University in January 2022.
