Agata MacUba

Agata Macuba is an Experienced User Researcher currently working at Paradox Interactive since February 2023, focusing on research for Studio Gold. Prior to this role, Agata served as Design Researcher & Strategist and Head of Research at CREY Games from November 2021 to January 2023, where responsibilities included the formulation of Vision and Mission statements and the establishment of a Research Repository. Experience at the LEGO Group as a Design Researcher involved pitching a project on employees' work-from-home experiences during the pandemic. Agata's background also includes roles as a Student Design Researcher at Danske Bank, Service Design Consultant at Flying October, and Research Assistant at Concordia Design. The educational journey encompasses a Bachelor of Science in Product Design & Social Sciences from Uniwersytet SWPS, a Master of Arts in Social Design from Designskolen Kolding, and a Graduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Innovation from Copenhagen Business School.
