Gwenael Tranvouez

Gwenael Tranvouez has a diverse work experience in the gaming industry, starting in 1991 as a Freelance Programmer at Titus. Gwenael then worked as a Junior Programmer at Shen technologies from 1997 to 1998, followed by a role as Co-Founder at Anékhout in 1998-1999. Gwenael joined Quantic Dream as a Junior Programmer in 1999, before moving to RFX Interactive where they served as a Programmer, Lead Programmer, and eventually as the Director of Development from 1999 to 2003. In 2005, Gwenael worked as a Lead Programmer at Magic Pockets. Gwenael then joined Ubisoft in 2006, initially as a Gameplay Programmer before being promoted to Gameplay Programming Technical Director and later as a Senior Gameplay Programmer until 2013. Gwenael also worked as an Independent Developer from 2014 to 2015 and as a Programmer at Gaming Corps from April to September 2015. Currently, they are working at Paradox Interactive, starting as a Senior Programmer on Crusader Kings 2 in 2015, then progressing to the role of Tech Lead on CK2, Stellaris, and an unannounced project.

Gwenael Tranvouez attended IUT Orsay (Paris XI) from 1995 to 1997, where they obtained a DUT degree in Informatique (Computer Science).
