Hedvig Skagh

Hedvig Skagh is an experienced design and IT professional, currently serving as Design Director, Acting Head of Design, and Design Manager at Paradox Interactive since May 2019. Previously, Hedvig held the position of Manager IT at Spotify from October 2016 to May 2019, where collaboration occurred within the A/V Infrastructure and Office Network teams. Prior experience includes serving as Head of Service at Schibsted Centralen AB from January 2011 to September 2016, contributing to the management team's vision and strategy while overseeing various departments. Additionally, Hedvig managed the Conference, Front Desk, and Switchboard teams, focusing on budget management, people management, and process improvements. Earlier experience includes a role as Teamleader at Aftonbladet from October 2008 to December 2010.
