Kim Wahlsten

Kim Wahlsten has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Kim started their career in 1992 as a System Engineer at CityMail and worked there until 1999. Kim then joined Manpower as a System Engineer and later became the Manager of IT Operations, working there from 2000 to 2008. In 2009, they worked as a Technical Project Lead at Manpower Sweden.

From 2010 to 2012, Kim worked as a Project Manager at Trafikverket ICT and as a Consultant at Techta AB. In 2012, they joined AFA Försäkring as an Interim Manager and Consultant, where they developed and implemented ITIL processes for the IT operations team and acted as an Operations Manager for the Windows and Service desk team.

From 2014 to 2020, Kim worked as a Consultant at Relevo AB and as a Project Manager (Consultant) at SWECO. Kim then joined Electronic Arts (EA) in 2015 as a Service Operations Manager and worked there until 2020. Currently, they are the Cloud Operations Manager at Paradox Interactive, starting in February 2020.
