Mathias Dahlberg began their work experience as a 1 Line Customer Support representative at UPC Sverige AB in 2003. Mathias provided technical support and customer service to end-users regarding internet and digital TV equipment. In 2005, they joined Com Hem AB as a Quality Assurance Customer Equipment specialist, where they tested and refurbished used equipment and provided second-line support to on-site technicians. From 2007 to 2011, Mathias worked at Recall Sweden AB as a Desktop Support Analyst and Team Leader, providing desktop and server support to internal business users. Mathias also led a team of specialists within a pan-European support team. In 2011, Mathias joined RNB Retail and Brands AB as a Product Manager POS, overseeing store projects and providing second-line support for IT equipment and POS systems. Mathias also managed outsourced service desk and support from contractors and service companies. Moving on to Kofax in 2014, Mathias worked as a Senior third line support technician and integrations developer. Mathias provided support, integration mappings, configuration, and planning for electronic invoicing and EDI products. Finally, in 2019, Mathias joined Paradox Interactive as a Senior IT Systems Engineer and later became the Head of IT.

Mathias Dahlberg attended Nackademin from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Diploma in Network Engineering.
