Phoebe Vaughan is the CEO and Founder of Phoebe Vaughan Coaching, specializing in coaching executives, entrepreneurs, non-profit leaders, creatives, and parents since 2012. As a Senior Leadership Trainer and Executive Coach at Paradox of Leadership, Phoebe provides tailored coaching and leadership development training globally. At Sayge, Phoebe offers employer-sponsored coaching to managers across the US and Europe. Previously, Phoebe held various roles at Google from 2003 to 2012, including Senior Sales Lead for Global Social Solutions, where responsibilities included conducting product training and managing sales teams. Earlier career experiences include working as a Product Consultant at Ask.com and serving as a Patients' Rights Advocate in Alameda County. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business and a BA in Psychology and Communications from Macalester College.
