Matt Angle is the CEO of Paradromics, a company that focuses on developing next-generation electrical recording technologies for neuroscience. Matt was previously a post-doctoral researcher at Stanford University from September 2012 to November 2015, where they worked on the design and characterization of novel interfaces between nanomaterials and cells. Prior to that, they were a graduate student at the Max Planck Institute for Medical Research from July 2008 to May 2012, where they worked on their thesis, "Recording Neuronal Activity Using Solid-Conductor Intracellular Nanoelecrodes."
Before earning their PhD in neuroscience from Heidelberg University, Matt Angle completed a postdoctoral fellowship in materials science and engineering at Stanford University. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Carnegie Mellon University in biological sciences.
