Michael Trumpis

Michael Trumpis is a highly experienced professional in the field of neuroscience and engineering. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist and Senior Computational Neuroscientist at Paradromics since November 2021, Michael's previous roles include Postdoctoral Researcher and Graduate Research Assistant at Duke University from August 2018 to November 2021 and January 2015 to June 2018, respectively. Prior to that, Michael contributed as a Scientific Software Developer at the Helen Wills Neuroscience Institute at UC Berkeley from March 2006 to August 2010 and at ABRATECH CORPORATION from May 2003 to September 2004. Academic credentials include a PhD in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Duke University (2012-2018), a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from NYU Tandon School of Engineering (2011-2014), and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering & Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley (1999-2003).
