Christine Campitelli

Christine Campitelli has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Christine started their career as a Talent Specialist at Motorola, where they handled full-cycle recruitment for executive positions across various departments. Christine also participated in implementing and maintaining Motorola's Executive Relationship Network.

Christine then joined AAI Corporation as a Program Specialist and later worked as a Recruiter (Contract). In these roles, they were responsible for full-cycle recruitment across all functions, filling 141 requisitions in 11 months. In this position, they oversee a team of recruiters and ensures the delivery of high-quality talent to federal customers. Paradyme specializes in data management consulting services, utilizing DevSecOps as the basis for their solutions.
