Rahul Kumar

Rahul Kumar has a strong work experience in the dairy industry. Rahul is currently the COO of Parag Milk Foods, a position they started in October 2023. Prior to this, Rahul worked at Lactalis India as the Managing Director & CEO from March 2014 to July 2023. At Lactalis India, they oversaw the operations of three companies with a team of 6000 employees. Before joining Lactalis India, they worked at Amul as the MD from April 2003 to March 2014. At Amul, they managed a team of 1200 and was responsible for various operations including milk powder, ice cream, cheese, chocolates, beverages, and cattle feed plants. Rahul also led large scale projects in India and abroad during their time at Amul.

Rahul Kumar completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree at the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee from 1986 to 1990. Rahul then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) from 1990 to 1992.
