Michele Pontillo

Michele Pontillo has extensive work experience in the field of loudspeaker and acoustical system engineering. Michele began their career in 2000 as a collaboration with the University of Parma, working on binaural Eulerian HRTF calculation. From 2000 to 2003, they worked as an R&D Technical Manager at Faital Spa, designing loudspeakers for automotive and television-set applications. During this time, they also utilized various instruments and machines for reliability testing.

From 2003 to 2009, Pontillo served as an R&D Technical Manager at AUDYON, where they designed loudspeakers for automotive, HI-FI, professional, marine, and P.A. systems. In 2010, they worked as a Chargé de Développement Systèmes Electro-Acoustiques at FOCAL-JMLab, focusing on automotive loudspeaker design and developing a unique shallow woofer for placement under car seats.
