Caleb Sizemore

Caleb Sizemore has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Caleb started their career at PineappleCreek in 2001 as a Web Master, where they worked until 2003. From 2003 to 2007, they worked as a Software Engineer at Transoft International, Inc. In 2007, they joined Fidelity Investments as a Software Engineer, where they were responsible for providing internal operations with ad-hoc solutions and developing various applications. Caleb worked there until 2011. Caleb then joined First Citizens Bank as a Senior Programmer Analyst, where they maintained and enhanced frontend branch and call center applications. Caleb also took part in various projects and wrote custom utilities. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Paragon Application Systems as a Team Lead/Master Software Engineer, where they led a team and was responsible for developing software applications. In 2018, Caleb was promoted to the role of Director of DevOps at Paragon Application Systems, where they established process standards and automation to improve the internal and customer experience. Recently, in 2022, they assumed the role of Director of Operations at the same company.

Caleb Sizemore completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2002.
