B. Gordin McMurtry has extensive experience in the banking industry. B. Gordin worked as a Senior Vice President at Paragon National Bank from October 2004 until the present, and previously held the same position at Union Planters Bank from May 1992 to September 2004.

B. Gordin McMurtry completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where they attended from 1970 to 1974. B. Gordin went on to pursue their MBA in Finance from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, completing it from 1974 to 1976.
