Richard Matthews is an experienced technical manager with a career spanning over three decades in IT support and operations. Currently positioned as Technical Manager (Operations) at Paragon Banking Group PLC since May 2013, Richard has previously held roles including Snr iSeries Technical Support at Waterstones and iSeries Tech Support Team Leader at HMV. Beginning a professional journey in 1987 as Shift Leader at Birmingham Midshires, Richard developed expertise in iSeries technology during tenures at Waterstones and HMV. Richard holds an HND in Computer Studies from Birmingham City University, complemented by foundational education at Handsworth Grammar School in Birmingham, UK.
