Andrew Gabor, LPC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of behavioral health and social work. Andrew is currently serving as the Director of Quality and Outcomes at Paragon Behavioral Health Connections, where they ensure the implementation of high-quality programs and outcomes.
Before joining Paragon, Andrew worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work, where they taught public policy, social justice, equity, and critical thinking to future leaders in the field.
Prior to their academic role, Andrew held various positions at the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration, including Children, Youth, and Family Affairs Officer, Director of Child, Youth, and Family Behavioral Health Services, and Manager of Child Mental Health Treatment Programs. In these roles, they developed policies and programs, led strategic initiatives, and collaborated with state and local agencies to improve mental health services for children and families.
Earlier in their career, Andrew worked as a Child and Family Therapist at WellPower, a Case Manager at Jefferson County, a Private Practice Counselor at Aspen Counseling, and a Milieu Counselor/supervisor at Jefferson Hills.
Through their work experience, Andrew has demonstrated their expertise in program development, strategic planning, policy-making, and organizational leadership in the field of behavioral health and social work.
Andrew Gabor, LPC obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling from the University of Northern Colorado in 2008. Andrew also holds a certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor, obtained from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies in 2011.
