Camille Harding has over 20 years of experience in the behavioral health field. Camille is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Paragon Behavioral Health Connections. Prior to that, they worked at the Colorado Department of Human Services as a Strategy and Innovation Officer, where they were responsible for strategic planning and innovation to improve behavioral health service delivery across Colorado. Camille also served as a Division Director, overseeing the implementation of various state programs.

Before working at the Department of Human Services, Camille was the Quality Health Improvement Unit Manager at the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing, where they managed a team responsible for implementing quality improvement efforts in the Medicaid population.

Earlier in their career, Camille worked as a Program Manager for Outpatient Child and Family Services at the Mental Health Center of Denver. Camille also had their own private practice at Aspen Counseling, specializing in child and adolescent treatment, family and couples therapy, and trauma resolution.

Camille Harding completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology at the University of Utah. Camille then pursued a Master of Counseling degree with a focus on Counseling and Mental Health at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2000.
