Darien Parhad

Darien Parhad serves as a chief financial officer at Paragon Biosciences. He is responsible for financial accounting and reporting, budgeting, tax, treasury management, and human resources.

Darien Parhad brings 20 years of financial expertise to his role at Paragon. Previously he was a controller for Marathon Pharmaceuticals and Lundbeck, as well as director of accounting at Ovation Pharmaceuticals. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche, working in roles of increasing responsibility. Mr. Parhad is a certified public accountant and received a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from DePaul University.
