Noman Butt

Noman Butt has a diverse range of work experience in the construction industry. NOMAN started their career as a Site Engineer at Paragon Constructors Pvt Ltd, where they were involved in site execution activities, such as supervision and monitoring of excavation, foundation, and column layout activities.

After that, Noman worked as a Project Engineer at LuckyOne Pvt. Ltd, where they were responsible for monitoring progress reports, attending high-level meetings, and inspecting steel and formwork before pouring structural elements.

Returning to Paragon Constructors Pvt Ltd, Noman held various roles including Manager Contract & Coordination, Project Manager, and Deputy General Manager. In these positions, they were involved in planning and monitoring overall project activities, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

Noman later became a General Manager at Paragon Constructors Pvt Ltd, overseeing the planning, organizing, resourcing, and monitoring of assigned projects. NOMAN also contributed to managing interfaces with consultants and subcontractors and ensuring compliance with development objectives.

Most recently, Noman served as a Project Director at Paragon Constructors Pvt Ltd, where they developed project strategies and execution plans, assembled multidisciplinary project teams, and delegated tasks and responsibilities.

Throughout their career, Noman has demonstrated strong leadership skills, efficient resource management, and a commitment to quality control and project efficiency.

Noman Butt completed their education in a chronological order. NOMAN began by attaining their HSSC degree in Pre-Engineering from Fazaia Degree College Faisal in 2006. NOMAN then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology, which they completed in 2010. Continuing their academic journey, Noman pursued a Master's degree in Construction Project Management from the same university, achieving it in 2014.
