Alex Farr has a diverse work experience. Currently, Alex is the Head of AV at Paragon Customer Communications, where they lead Smart AV cross BI technology solutions for clients, utilizing data to deliver AI-powered smart digital displays. Prior to that, Alex worked at Domino's Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd, first as an Operations Manager responsible for six stores, and later as a Business Development Manager and Regional Marketing Consultant. Alex also has experience as a Multi-Unit Retail Manager at Moto Hospitality, a Regional Hospitality Manager at RG LTD, a Restaurant General Manager at Tribbiani's Ltd, and in Restaurant Management at KFC UK & Ireland.

Alex Farr has a diverse educational background. In 2006, they attended Hutton Grammar School and completed their high school degree, focusing on A Levels. Following their high school education, Alex enrolled in Blackpool College in 2009 and obtained an NVQ Level 3 in Customer Service Management. In 2010, they returned to The Open University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in BA Leadership and Management, which took him five years to complete. Continuing their studies at The Open University, Alex completed a Professional Certificate in Management in 2014. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at The Open University, a program that will span from 2022 to 2024.
