Dean Thompson has over 24 years of experience in technical operations and management. Currently serving as Head of Technical Operations at Paragon Customer Communications since October 2019, Dean previously held the same title at RR Donnelley from May 2010 to October 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Technical Facilities Manager at RR Donnelley from 2003 to 2010 and as Technical Training Manager at Hays from 1999 to 2003.
