Ian Bryceland has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ian started their career in 1999 at Prudential plc as a Senior IT Support Helpdesk Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Pensions Administrator/Senior Administrator. In 2008, they joined Williams Lea as a Senior Desktop Support Analyst and later became a Desktop Support Team Leader. Ian continued to grow within the company, taking on roles such as Application Support Team Leader and Application Support Change Leader at Williams Lea Tag. Ian then joined Williams Lea as an Application Support Manager, responsible for protecting services and applications supported by the data and communications function. In 2020, they moved to Williams Lea CCM as a Solution Delivery Manager. Currently, Ian is the Head of Technical Delivery at Paragon Customer Communications since 2023. Throughout their career, Ian has demonstrated leadership qualities and technical expertise to support and lead various IT functions.

Ian Bryceland attended Denny High School from 1992 to 1998. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Computing Science at the University of Stirling from 1998 to 2001.
