Jim Kelly has extensive experience in Salesforce administration and product ownership, currently serving as Salesforce Product Owner at Paragon Customer Communications since June 2018. Previously, Jim was employed at CA Technologies for seven years as EMEA Salesforce System Administrator and Business Analyst. Earlier in Jim's career, a role as Salesforce Certified System Admin was held at First Data Corporation, where responsibilities included supporting multiple business divisions and managing the Salesforce database. Additionally, Jim worked as Sage CRM System Admin, ensuring the Sage CRM database functioned optimally and coordinating with Sage for any necessary system updates and maintenance.
