Nicholas Bowery is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and security, currently serving as a Technical Assurance and Security Analyst at Paragon Customer Communications since November 2018. With a background as an IT Field Services Engineer at RR Donnelley, Nicholas provides 2nd and 3rd line IT support and data center management across various locations in the UK and Europe. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Desktop Support Analyst at both AXA Wealth and Chelsea Building Society, managing hardware and software support for multiple sites, and initially as a Support Services Technician. Nicholas holds an HNC in Computing from Gloscat.
