Stephen Cole has extensive experience in finance, currently serving as Finance Manager at Paragon Customer Communications since September 1998. During this time, Stephen has played a significant role in various moves, mergers, and acquisitions, as well as the offshoring of the finance function to India, with prior experience at Astron and RR Donnelley. Before Paragon, Stephen worked briefly as a Management Accountant at Spicers, where the role was perceived as a backward move. Stephen’s career began at Leica Microsystems, where a progression from Trainee Accountant to Management Accountant culminated in qualification as an Accountant. Academically, Stephen holds an ACMA degree in Finance from Cambridge College of Arts and Technology, completed in 1987.
