Jefferson W. Mitchell

Jefferson is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Paragon Data Labs. He is responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic vision of PDL. He is a member of the Executive Committee and sits on the Board of Directors.

Jefferson is an innovative leader with over twenty five years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise solutions across multiple functions within financial services. He spent eleven years at BlackRock leading the design and development of technology solutions used across the business in functional areas including expense management, financial reporting, investment operations and compliance. He was also responsible for the design and deployment of solutions utilized by clients of BlackRock’s investment management platform, Aladdin.

Prior to joining BlackRock, Jefferson was a Managing Director at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. where he was responsible for expense management technology and operations. He earned industry accolades for his innovative implementation of the firm’s enterprise expense management platform.

Earlier in his career, Jefferson worked for MetLife and Ernst & Young where he was involved in evaluating emerging procure-to-pay technology platforms.
