Jessica Williams

Jessica Williams is an Implementation Manager at DCX since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jessica held the same position at Paragon Customer Communications from May 2014 to May 2022. Before transitioning into project management, Jessica worked as a Legal Secretary at Marcus Baum Solicitors. Jessica completed a QA Apprenticeship Level 4 from 2014 to 2017 and earned a foundation degree in Project Management from South East Essex College in 2014.
