Stani Henriques is an experienced design leader with a strong background in user experience and product design, currently serving as Vice President and Portfolio Head of Design for Investment Services at U.S. Bank since July 2021. Prior roles include Vice President and Associate Director of User Experience at ArisGlobal, where Stani led the creation of a team focused on developing products across key domains, and Principal UX Design at ChenMed, driving product design vision and simplifying clinical decision tools for medical staff. Stani's previous experience spans various organizations, including Office Depot as a Senior User Experience Architect, Citrix as a Lead User Experience Designer, and Interval International as a Senior Information Architect. Stani holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from The University of Alabama.
