Renee Radabaugh

Renee Radabaugh is the founder and President & CEO of Paragon Events, an award-winning event planning organization established in 1989 that specializes in event and meeting planning, corporate brand strategy, destination management, association management, and event marketing. Building on 28 years of success with Paragon Events, Renee expanded expertise by creating Cultural Explorations Cuba in 2014, aimed at bringing American travelers to Cuba's vibrant culture and history. Prior to these ventures, Renee served as the Director of Catering Convention Services at Ocean Grand Four Seasons, where responsibilities included leading a catering team and enhancing client experiences. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Sociology, and Social Welfare from Southeastern Louisiana University.
