Becky Greene

Becky Greene has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Becky most recently served as the Director of Sales Planning & Analytics at Paragon Films, Inc. from August 2020 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the Sales Planning Business Manager at the same company from December 2020 to July 2022. Before joining Paragon Films, Inc., Becky held various roles at The Bama Companies, Inc., including Manager of Training and Development from August 2017 to July 2020, Manager of Financial Operations from September 2014 to August 2017, and Senior Financial Analyst from August 2009 to August 2014. Before joining The Bama Companies, Inc., they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at ProBuild from 2008 to 2009. In the early stages of their career, Becky held a role as a Senior Financial Analyst at AT&T Wireless from 1998 to 2005.

Becky Greene has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma. Becky further pursued their education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northeastern State University. In addition to their academic achievements, Becky has obtained various certifications, including the "Certified Everything DiSC Workplace Facilitator" from Wiley in November 2019, the "Coaching Certificate" from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) in February 2019, and the "Creating Leadership Development Programs Certificate" from ATD in November 2018.
