Tom Roudebush

Tom Roudebush began their work experience as a Management Trainee at Paragon Films, Inc. in 2014. Tom then went on to take various positions within the company, including Research and Development Engineer, Product Management Engineer, Product Development Manager, and Director of Product Development. In October 2021, they were promoted to the role of Director of Research and Development. Before joining Paragon Films, Tom had internships at MeadWestvaco as a Processing Engineer Intern and at Dimensional Innovations as an Assistant Subcontract Manager. Tom completed their education at Pittsburg State University as a graduate.

Tom Roudebush completed their Bachelor's degree in Plastics and Polymer Engineering Technology/Technician from Pittsburg State University, where they attended from 2009 to 2014. Prior to that, they graduated from Blue Valley High School in 2009. In addition to their formal education, Tom Roudebush has acquired several certifications. Tom obtained a Mastery in Packaging Management from Clemson Center for Corporate Learning in April 2018. Tom also holds a certification as a Certified Packaging Laboratory Professional (CPLP) from ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) which they obtained in November 2017. Furthermore, Tom Roudebush is a Six Sigma Black Belt certified by SixSigma.us, which they achieved in June 2017.
