Jennifer Villalba

Jennifer Villalba serves as the BDC Director at Paragon Honda since March 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all BDC operations and driving sales by bridging marketing and sales initiatives. Previously held the position of Retention BDC Manager, focusing on client portfolio management to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships for Honda and Acura brands. In addition, Jennifer has been a Project Manager at Rentownsell LLC since April 2020, specializing in technology integration and operational optimization for real estate professionals. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Baruch College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Borough of Manhattan Community College.
