Nikki Makwana has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as the Front Desk Manager at Paragon Honda since July 2012, where responsibilities include managing showroom traffic and enhancing customer interactions. Previously, Nikki held positions as a Business Development Representative and in Sales at Paragon Honda, focusing on increasing sales through effective handling of inbound and outbound communications. Additionally, Nikki worked as a Real Estate Agent at Milstein Properties from October 2016 to 2019. Nikki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Queens College and completed education at Bryant High School.
