Maël PROM-TEP

Maël PROM-TEP has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Maël most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for the EMEA region at Paragon ID, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Publicis Groupe as the Group FP&A Senior Controller from December 2020 to August 2021.

From December 2017 to December 2020, Maël was the Head of Group Financial Controlling at Quadient, an international French company listed on Euronext Paris. In this role, they were responsible for financial controlling for approximately 100 consolidated entities. Maël designed and implemented the Group Financial Reporting, ensured the accuracy and reliability of financial information communicated to the Executive Committee and the Board, and led budget and forecast planning at the corporate level. Maël also provided financial analysis to the Executive Committee, participated in M&A processes and corporate strategy, managed a team, and trained financial controllers in subsidiaries.

Before their time at Quadient, Maël worked as a Senior Financial Auditor at KPMG France from December 2014 to December 2017. Prior to that, they were an R&D Cost Analyst at Taj, Société d’avocats, Membre de Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited, from January 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, they gained experience as a Trade Advisor Assistant at Business France (Export) from March 2012 to June 2012.

Maël PROM-TEP began their education at Lycée Marcelin Berthelot in 2008, where they completed the CPGE (Preparatory classes for French Business School) program in the field of ECE.

In 2010, Maël enrolled in EDHEC Business School and pursued a double degree program, earning a Master in Management and an MSc in Corporate Finance in the field of Grandes écoles cursus. Maël completed their studies at EDHEC in 2014.

During their time at EDHEC, Maël also participated in an international summer school program at Seoul National University in 2013.

In 2016, Maël briefly attended Seoul National University.

Furthermore, in 2015, Maël obtained the TOPIK 4 certification in Korean language proficiency from the institution "국립국제교육원".
