Gwen Rinkenberger

Gwen Rinkenberger, MBA, is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in accounting and finance. Currently serving as Financial Controller at Paragon Industries, L.P. since August 2018, Gwen has expertise in financial statement preparation, internal audit controls, budgeting, revenue recognition, and the implementation of accounting software such as Microsoft Dynamics GP. Previous roles include Controller at Morgan's Wonderland, where Gwen managed monthly and yearly closes, developed internal controls, and maintained company insurance, as well as positions at NaseCare, Utility Trailer of Dallas, Inc., and Specialized Marketing, contributing to significant cost savings and financial efficiencies across organizations. Gwen holds an MBA and a BBS in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University.
