Megan Jarr has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Megan began their career in 2004 as a Business Analyst at Marsh, where they worked until 2006. Megan then joined Wells Fargo as a Business Systems Consultant, where they played a key role in translating mortgage pricing and fees compliance business requirements. Megan also participated in business requirements gathering sessions and conducted analysis of complex business problems. Megan's next move was to DuPont Pioneer Hi-Bred in 2009, where they worked as a Business Analyst. In this role, they collaborated with business users and technical staff to gather and document requirements, performed data analysis, and managed highly complex projects. After four years with DuPont, Megan returned to Wells Fargo in 2013 as a Team Lead / Business Systems Consultant. Megan led a team and provided guidance in translating business requirements into rule specifications. Megan also worked as a Senior Business Analyst and Consultant for Principal Financial Group, where they were involved in the analysis and documentation of requirements. Most recently, Megan joined Paragon IT Professionals as a Project Manager Consultant in 2018. With their extensive experience in business analysis, project management, and requirements gathering, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their role.
Megan Jarr attended AIB College of Business from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Information Technology. Megan did not obtain a degree during this period. Megan also obtained a certification in Business Strategy and Analysis from LinkedIn in December 2018.
