Cynthia A. Hart, MHRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Paragon Laboratories since April 2021. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Generalist II at The California Endowment and LISI AEROSPACE, as well as similar positions at Sargent Aerospace & Defense and U.S. Vets - Villages at Cabrillo. Earlier in their career, Cynthia held the position of Communications Training Officer at the San Diego Police Department.
