Franky Johnson is a seasoned executive coach with extensive experience in leadership development and organizational behavior. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Coach at Paragon Leadership International since November 2024, Franky utilizes a behavior-based coaching model that emphasizes individual growth as the foundation for organizational improvement. Previously, Franky held senior coaching positions at AIIR Consulting and Kincentric, and served as a Leadership Coach at Right Management. With a long history in consulting as President and Executive Coach at Johnson & Lee Consulting, LLC, and a background in global marketing at Pharmacia & Upjohn, Franky combines a strong business acumen with coaching expertise. Franky holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Lindenwood University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Agri-Business from Lincoln University.
